Experienced in prenatal, postnatal, and rehab-focused training, she creates a welcoming environment for all fitness levels.

    TEACHER

    Hugh has over 10 years of experience teaching Pilates to clients of all ages and fitness levels. Certified in both mat and reformer Pilates, his classes focus on flow, breath, and ease of movement to improve strength and flexibility. Hugh also works with older adults, pre- and post-natal women, and athletes.

    TEACHER

    Tal is a qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor. She first fell in love with Pilates for the way it transformed both her body and mind and that passion shines through in her classes. Tal’s teaching style is all about mindful movement - encouraging clients to connect with their body, build awareness, and move with intention. Expect a slow, satisfying burn, with plenty of focus on alignment and proper form.

    YMCA, Les Mills and Stott Pilates-trained, Lucy Reynolds uses her dance, strength training, Yoga and Pilates backgrounds to create intense, total body freestyle Mat and Reformer Pilates workouts.

She sees Pilates as the foundation for strength, control, and posture, helping students feel both resilient and energised. Her classes are uplifting and precise—blending mindful movement, breath, and flow with a supportive, down-to-earth vibe. Expect challenge, clarity, and a few smiles along the way.

    A Stott-trained mat and reformer Pilates instructor with a dance tech background. After realising it was sitting at a desk rather than dancing that kept causing injuries, Sue turned to Pilates to break that pattern - which it did. Aiming to share the huge benefits Pilates can bring, Sue focuses on alignment, general conditioning, flexibility and core strength.

    A movement specialist with 25 years of experience and a Level 3 Body Control Pilates teacher. Passionate about helping clients move with ease, her classes are well-balanced, energizing, and focus on full-body movement through every plane. Expect to learn something new in each session, with techniques reinforced for regular attendees.
