    Hugh has over 10 years of experience teaching Pilates to clients of all ages and fitness levels. Certified in both mat and reformer Pilates, his classes focus on flow, breath, and ease of movement to improve strength and flexibility. Hugh also works with older adults, pre- and post-natal women, and athletes.

    A Pilates teacher, personal trainer, and wellness coach, Keith offers a unique approach through his integration of crystal singing bowl sound therapy. Using pure crystal bowls, he creates harmonic vibrations that promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and restore energetic balance. This powerful modality complements his Pilates and rehabilitation work, helping clients achieve harmony and vitality in both body and mind.

Falling in love with the practice, she decided to become an instructor. Now with 10+ years of experience, Tania uses Dynamic and Traditional Pilates to help clients improve posture, correct imbalances, relieve pain, and stay fit. She’s dedicated to building strength, flexibility, and preventing injuries.

    MaySze (Maisy) brings a rich blend of extensive nursing experience (neonatal and adult ICU, midwifery, research) to her deep passion for Pilates. Pilates began as a crucial part of her recovery from a dance and marathon-related injury, an experience that ultimately led her to complete seven marathons. Inspired by the body's incredible design and resilience, MaySze's teaching centers on a holistic Pilates approach, emphasizing precise technique, alignment, and the vital mind-body connection. She is dedicated to helping clients discover the joy and transformative benefits of movement, witnessing how it positively influences their everyday lives. MaySze's primary focus is unlocking individual unique potential through the power of Pilates. Beyond the studio, she enjoys ballet, rock climbing, and creative inspiration in the outdoors.

  • Samantha (Sam) Nieman

    TEACHER

    Sam is British/Canadian, born and raised in North London. She is a fully certified STOTT PILATES instructor of Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels. She has comprehensive training in anatomy and across all equipment from the world-renowned Merrithew HQ in Toronto, Canada, the home of STOTT Pilates. Sam uses her expertise and qualifications to teach a range of clients from absolute beginners to intermediate and advanced level as well as Pre and Post Natal clients, Injuries and Rehabilitation and Active Ageing. Sam loves to see her clients progress and has a meticulous eye for detail, providing modifications to suit each person individually. Sam motivates and empowers her clients to develop strength, improve alignment and increase mobility.
