    A committed Pilates instructor with Polestar training and a nursing background, Natalia specializes in tailored instruction for improved movement, strength, and well-being. Experienced in prenatal, postnatal, and rehab-focused training, she creates a welcoming environment for all fitness levels.

  • Hugh Kilmister

    TEACHER

    Hugh has over 10 years of experience teaching Pilates to clients of all ages and fitness levels. Certified in both mat and reformer Pilates, his classes focus on flow, breath, and ease of movement to improve strength and flexibility. Hugh also works with older adults, pre- and post-natal women, and athletes.

  • Lucy Reynolds

    TEACHER

    YMCA, Les Mills and Stott Pilates-trained, Lucy Reynolds uses her dance, strength training, Yoga and Pilates backgrounds to create intense, total body freestyle Mat and Reformer Pilates workouts.


  • Chris Turner

    TEACHER

    Chris draws on a lifelong love of sport and his Stott Pilates training to support clients in moving with greater strength and confidence. Co-owning the studio with his wife and raising four kids shape his caring approach. He focuses on improving mobility, building resilience, and helping clients feel more connected to their bodies.

  • Dee Davidson

    TEACHER

    With a background in nursing, yoga, and massage therapy, Dee brings a holistic understanding of the body’s ability to restore balance through mindful movement. A STOTT PILATES–certified instructor, she uses an anatomy-based approach to build strength, mobility, and resilience, creating a supportive space for sustainable movement and long-term wellbeing overall.

    TEACHER

    A movement specialist with 25 years of experience and a Level 3 Body Control Pilates teacher. Passionate about helping clients move with ease, her classes are well-balanced, energizing, and focus on full-body movement through every plane. Expect to learn something new in each session, with techniques reinforced for regular attendees.
