Experienced in prenatal, postnatal, and rehab-focused training, she creates a welcoming environment for all fitness levels.

    A certified Pilates instructor with experience since 2020, Sevgi is qualified in mat and reformer Pilates. Her dynamic approach combines strength, core conditioning, and flexibility to help clients achieve their fitness goals. Sevgi creates a nurturing, inclusive space where students of all levels can explore their practice with mindful movement and proper alignment.

  • Hugh Kilmister

    TEACHER

    Hugh has over 10 years of experience teaching Pilates to clients of all ages and fitness levels. Certified in both mat and reformer Pilates, his classes focus on flow, breath, and ease of movement to improve strength and flexibility. Hugh also works with older adults, pre- and post-natal women, and athletes.

    Anna has a lifelong passion for dance, She brings a unique, holistic approach to fitness, blending the precision of Pilates with her fitness background. She creates dynamic, empowering classes.
    Anna’s sessions are rooted in mindful movement, offering a blend of control, flow and motivation. Her goal is to inspire and guide clients toward their fullest potential—whether it's building strength, improving posture, or simply feeling more confident and energized in their bodies.

    YMCA, Les Mills and Stott Pilates-trained, Lucy Reynolds uses her dance, strength training, Yoga and Pilates backgrounds to create intense, total body freestyle Mat and Reformer Pilates workouts.

    Jacqui is a certified Mat Pilates and Barre instructor, as well as a professional dancer. Teaching is a huge passion for her! Her classes provide challenge and variations of movement, developing core strength, flexibility and body control. She loves to bring the sweat and get everyone feeling good about working out - whilst still focusing on breath and mindful movement.

    A Stott-trained mat and reformer Pilates instructor with a dance tech background. After realising it was sitting at a desk rather than dancing that kept causing injuries, Sue turned to Pilates to break that pattern - which it did. Aiming to share the huge benefits Pilates can bring, Sue focuses on alignment, general conditioning, flexibility and core strength.

    Sophie is a certified Reformer Pilates Instructor and Dancer from Sydney, Australia. Sophie has always had a love for movement and Pilates has been an integral part of Sophie’s dance training for its strength building benefits. Sophie loves creating a dynamic, well balanced class with a focus on form, alignment and strength. She will always provide a full body workout and will ensure every single person leaves the class feeling energised and strong.

    MaySze (Maisy) brings a rich blend of extensive nursing experience (neonatal and adult ICU, midwifery, research) to her deep passion for Pilates. Pilates began as a crucial part of her recovery from a dance and marathon-related injury. Inspired by the body's incredible design and resilience, MaySze's teaching centres on a holistic Pilates approach, emphasizing precise technique, alignment, and the vital mind-body connection. Beyond the studio, she enjoys ballet, rock climbing, and creative inspiration in the outdoors.

    A movement specialist with 25 years of experience and a Level 3 Body Control Pilates teacher. Passionate about helping clients move with ease, her classes are well-balanced, energizing, and focus on full-body movement through every plane. Expect to learn something new in each session, with techniques reinforced for regular attendees.
