Learn the basics of Reformer Pilates in a supportive setting. We’ll guide you through equipment setup, safe technique and simple routines, perfect if you’re new or returning after a break.
Beginner (50min)
If you’re ready to progress, these classes move at a quicker pace with more variety and challenge. You’ll build strength, control and independence while staying supported.
Intermediate(50min)
Advanced (50 min)
For experienced Reformer users(3+ months). Expect dynamic, high-energy sessions that push you further, with advanced moves to test strength, flexibility and endurance.
A welcoming class for all levels. Your instructor will tailor movements so you can go at your own pace, whether you’re just starting or ready to push further.
Open Level (50 min)

For your safety, grip socks are required for all reformer classes. Don’t have a pair yet? You can pick up some at the studio for £10.
